1. Drawing design: the designer will draw the artwork of the ornaments according to simple hand drawing, color drawing and other methods.
2. Handmade wax carving: the handmade master manually carves the designed drawings into wax plates according to the method of hand carving, or the CAD computer draws the design drawings and 3D modeling directly prints the wax models to make wax plates.
3. For mass-produced ornaments, wax plates shall be made into silver plates or steel plates.
4. In response to a large number of production customer orders, we should press the wax mold according to the silver plate or steel plate to make an empty silica gel mold, which is convenient for "cloning" more wax molds.
5. Pour wax into the glue, turn it into wax model after cooling, and make more wax models.
6. After waxing, some wax models with problems should be repaired, or some ornaments should be inlaid on wax models in advance.
7. Mold holding techniques include water holding nozzle (filing off the mold inlet), over sanding paper (polishing the product surface) and other solutions. After mold holding, carry out two quality tests on semi-finished products, and select the best to carry out production.
8. Precious metals with different colors and thicknesses shall be plated according to customer requirements.
