1 design stage

Every time the theme is born, it first goes through a large-scale theme study. In other words, our designer said: Haha, after developing a few series, we have become a walking encyclopedia.

All artworks are the designer's summary, refinement, sublimation and crystallization of aesthetics, hatched in the world of inspiration.

In this process, every idea and every drawing has been revised with refinement.

2 computer version

This process is also called electric drawing. On the basis of the drawings, the content of the plane is converted into a 3D model, and the size and weight of the model can be measured intuitively.

3 Wax injection and degumming mold

After the electro-painted model is sprayed with wax and inverted to obtain a metal master, a film is made according to the master, and the liquid wax is injected into the plastic mold by pressure. After the wax is cooled, the plastic mold is opened and the solid wax mold is taken out.

4 Planting wax trees

Weld the prepared wax mold on the wax stick in layers to get a wax tree that resembles a tree.

5 model

After the wax tree is poured into the mold, the obtained metal casting is processed manually, and the casting is decorated with professional tools and professional craftsmanship, and the surface of the casting is polished.

6 stone choices

The stones that meet the requirements are sorted according to the jewelry design drawing.

7 inlaid stones

Jewelry inlay technology is a skill with high technical requirements. Every slight deviation will cause the overall effect to be poor. To achieve the perfect inlay effect, the inlay master's dedicated attitude and accumulation of experience are required.

7 Polishing and surface chemical treatment

Polishing the surface is an integral part of our process in order to make our new jewelry look recognizable. Electric gold can delay metal oxidation to make your jewelry look new for a long time, and oxidation treatment can make jewelry retro and old.
