1. Concept and design: The designer draws the jewelry sketch with his own ideas by hand, and then uses the drawing software to draw the sketch with accurate size on the computer to complete the initial design drawings.
2. Craftsman carving wax: jewelry craftsmen manually carve wax plates according to the design drawings, and then use the lost wax casting method to pour out silver plates, while batch production of wax plates requires silver plates to press rubber molds. This is the most demanding process in the jewelry making process. The silver plate must be smooth and clean, with reasonable structure of each part and accurate location and size of gemstones.
3. Wax injection for rubber mold: wax injection shall be conducted after the rubber mold is opened. The wax in the wax injection machine shall be kept between 70-75 degrees. The wax liquid shall be injected into the adhesive film. After cooling, the wax pattern shall be taken out and repeated in order to obtain multiple wax patterns.
4. Selection of matching stones: select matching stones with appropriate size, shape and color according to silver plate and wax model.
5 Finish wax type: prepare all wax plates required for this batch production.
6. Planting wax trees: weld each wax ring to a wax stick by hand, and finally get a wax tree that looks like a big tree, ready for casting.
7. Weighing the wax tree: weigh the rubber chassis before planting the wax tree, and weigh the wax tree again after planting. The weight of the wax tree can be obtained by subtracting the results of the two weighing. The weight of the wax tree can be converted according to the density ratio of gold or silver to obtain the amount of metal to be cast.
8. Gypsum pouring: put the planted wax tree together with the chassis on the stainless steel cylinder, and slowly inject the gypsum slurry of corresponding weight along the inner wall of the steel cylinder. Without passing the wax tree, it will be naturally prevented from 6-12 hours after vacuuming to solidify the gypsum.
9. Baking gypsum: bake the gypsum mold for dewaxing, drying and casting insulation.
